Week 1 — First Impressions & Dating Basics
- Greetings, introductions, polite conversation openers.
- How dating works in Bolivia; cultural expectations.
- WhatsApp etiquette for new friendships and dating.
Build real connections in Bolivia. From making friends to dating a Bolivian girlfriend or boyfriend, and meeting the family, this mission gives you the Spanish and cultural understanding you need to feel at home and respected.
We’ll focus on introductions, small talk that deepens connections, and how to be helpful and polite in family and social settings. You’ll practice the Spanish you need to join conversations, give compliments, accept or decline invitations, and handle sensitive moments gracefully.
We’ll also explore cultural differences in relationships. Dating in Bolivia often involves close family ties, more traditional etiquette, and unspoken expectations. You’ll learn the language of cariño words, how to communicate affection respectfully, and how to navigate meeting your partner’s family without awkwardness.
Beyond romance, you’ll cover respectful etiquette: greetings, mealtimes, gifts, photos, and how to ask about traditions. You’ll also learn how to use WhatsApp voice notes naturally — a cornerstone of maintaining relationships with friends, partners, and family.
Sample plan; we adapt according to your level and social context.
