What you’ll do and learn

We’ll clarify the visa and residency pathways — tourist extensions, temporary residence permits (1–2 years), work and study visas, family-based residency, and the process to move toward permanent residency. You’ll learn what each requires, how to prepare documents, and how to avoid common mistakes.

In class, you’ll use clear Spanish to ask questions, explain your case, and handle documents and fees. We’ll walk through appointment booking, timelines, and how to follow up if something is delayed. You’ll also learn how to politely insist when needed and how to spot and avoid scams around Migración offices.

You’ll practice office dialogues with consulates, notaries, background checks, and apostille offices. We’ll cover safety, copies, stamps, and payments — plus how to keep a simple paper trail that makes future renewals and upgrades easier.
